Laura Brunetti has combined her passion for art and her passion for helping children. Owner of the Laura Brunetti Gallery and L'Estrella Studio in Colts Neck, Laura found her passion for art in 2002 while on vacation in Massachusetts. It was while she was hiking and painting that she had that “aha” moment and knew that art was her passion and calling. Upon her return home Laura nurtured her new love by taking water painting classes at the Art Alliance in Red Bank with Marge Fister on Friday mornings.

Camp helps kids explore creativity

Helping families affected by Keansburg fire

The day before the Swap Meet, a tragic fire broke out in a Keansburg apartment complex and destroyed 9 homes. In response to this crisis, Laura Brunetti donated remaining clothing, toys and furniture to the families who were victims of the fire.

Deal Country Club Hosted Monmouth Health Association's Taste of Art Fundraiser

The MHA is a non-profit educational and advocacy
organization supported by voluntary contributions. All
proceeds raised at the recent MHA fundraiser will
benefit the various innovative programs that the organization
offers to all residents of Monmouth County including the
operation of the free Family Crisis intervention service and
many others. The event honored philanthropist and artist
Laura Brunetti of L’Estrella Studios in Colts Neck. Laura’s
creative approach to the philanthropy of art has empowered
and inspired hundreds of community members in workshops
and seminars for at risk youth programs and health care

Mental Health Association of Monmouth County Held Kickoff Event at the Fromagerie in Rumson

(MHA) will be holding “A
Taste of Wine & Art”
fundraiser on Saturday, November 15
at 6:30 p.m. at the Deal Golf and
Country Club. The event will honor
philanthropist Laura Brunetti, of
L’Estrella Studio. Proceeds from the
event will provide support for MHA’s
various innovative programs.
MHAMC operates one of the only
free Family Crisis Intervention services
open to all youth/families in
Monmouth County. The organization
raises awareness about mental health
issues that effect everyone at social,
educational and recreational forums
throughout the county. At the recent
kickoff event was Ramona DeFonza (President of the
Board of Directors), Nancy
Pearson (Secretary of the Foundation Board), Ed DeSousa
(event Chairman), Joe Silvestri (Foundation Board
President) and Wendy DePedro (Executive Director).

The Center offers support and love
